We like to keep it simple. We do not charge for delivery and all orders, regardless of value, will be delivered free of charge. 

 

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. For orders received by 1pm, this will usually be the same day.

 

The vast majority of orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Whilst most deliveries will therefore be received within 48 hours from the date of order, customers should allow up to 5 days for delivery.

 

Local customers will be given the option for hand delivery. If you select this option we will endeavour to deliver the goods within 24hrs of order and will contact you direct to conifrm when delivery will be made.

Please note, we are currently only able to deliver to the UK. We hope to offer overseas delivery at a future date.

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to send your order in more than one package. If this affects your order, we will notify you in writing prior to the order being dispatched.
