RETURNS POLICY

You can buy in complete confidence from Red Rose Darts. Any items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days has passed since receipt of delivery. 

 

Any returns must be sent to:

Red Rose Darts cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. We therefore strongly advise using a recorded delivery service when returning any items.

 

Any returned items must be in a new and unused condition. They must also be in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

 

Please note, gift sets are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned.

 

If you wish to exchange or return any item for a refund, the following administration charge will be incurred:

 

Darts - £3.00 per set

All other items – 15% of the total cost

 

Upon receipt of any returned goods, we will send you an email confirmation. You will be sent a further email confirming when the refund has been processed. We aim to process refunds for any returned goods within 24 hours of receipt.

 

The administration fee noted above will be deducted from the total value of the refund. The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

 

If the returned goods are damaged, have missing parts, or are not in their original condition, only a partial refund may be granted. In this scenario we will contact you to discuss.
