  • What special offers do you have?
    Our special offers change regularly. We promote all special offers across our socials. To be the first to hear of new promotions please make sure you follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using the links on the homepage.
  • Which brands do you stock?
    We stock a whole host of leading brands including Harrows, Mission, Unicorn, Winmau, Designa, Ruthless and many more.
  • How much is delivery?
    We keep it simple and don't charge for delivery. All orders, regardless of value, are delivered free of charge.
  • What if I am not satisfied with my order?
    At Red Rose Darts we pride ourselves on great customer service. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know using the Contact Us page and we will investigate it straight away.
  • Can I exchange my order?
    Yes, please see our returns policy for further details.
  • Can I amend my order?
    Yes, as long as the order has not already been dispatched. If you would like to amend your order, please get in touch using the Contact Us page.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, all orders will either be sent via Royal Mail or another recognised, reputable carrier. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.
  • My delivery is damaged, what should I do?
    If you order an item that is damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt using the details on the Contact Us page
  • Are you able to make custom darts?
    We do not currently offer this service but it is something we are considering in the future.
  • Do you offer personalised products?
    We do not currently offer personalised products but are looking to introduce this in the future
  • Do you re-point darts?
    We do not currently offer this service but will be introducing it soon.
